He completed his Master\'s in Human Resource Development & Management from University of Allahabad and D.Phil in HRD from Motilal Nehru Institute of Research and Business Administration, University of Allahabad (A Central University). His D.Phil in HRD was on topic \'Talent Development in Educational Institutions\' in which he has worked on Talent Development Practices prevailing in educational institutions upto 10 2 level.
