Advice for Road Runners: The Nike Women's Pegasus Turbo Road Running Shoes are designed for faster-paced training runs.

The Nike Pegasus Turbo is made with at least 50% recycled content relative to its total weight.

Underfoot Feel

The midsole is shaped like a rocker and contains ZoomX foam. The result is that you should find it easier to maintain forward momentum. ZoomX foam is lightweight and responsive, providing energy return. The rocker shape should help you to move efficiently through your gait cycle.

A waffle-inspired tread provides traction. That can really help when you are running at faster paces.

Upper Fit

Flyknit technology uses strong fibres to create targeted areas of support, along with breathability and stretch.

Ideal Run Type

We recommend the Nike Women's Pegasus Turbo Road Running for the following training run distances:

  • the mile;
  • 5k; and
  • 10k.

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.

Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).

This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
